Heres another way to fix, basically if u have the app installed, log out of every account that ur logged in on ur pc or phone, log out of every roblox account and only log in on ur roblox account over google Note: this probably only works if your account is banned on ur pc and its still logged in over the app roblox

I have an very easy fix first: "go on the roblox beta version" second: "go on a random game on the beta version" third: "leave and go back on the browser and play whatever game you want" This should work and I hope it helped !!! :)

So this can also happen if you are banned on your main account and you try to use an alt. To fix it you have to go to the roblox player app (not the microsoft one) and log into your account on there because if you try to use the website after one of ur accounts has already been banned there roblox doesn't update the alt log in on the roblox player app for some reason. Hope this helps!
