Connect with mobile with OTG Cable. Then it may not ask for format in mobile..if it asks for format in mobile then you cannot access your data. Try connecting with mobile plz

no, firmware is a complete software update, that's deletes everything and can not be recovered, but after upgrading, if you delete any data after copying, it could be recovered

dear agar ap USB ka firmware bi change krty hain to ap ka data delete ho jaye ga, simple yehe method hai, chipgenius install krin, phir USB Connect kr k uska model number dakhain aur usko google sy download krin. Agar upgarde kr lain gy firmware to USB repair ho jaye ge lekin data wapis ni ana
