It's easy to fix or reassemble TSA 007 luggage lock.
It was my first time to open the lock when I took this video.
That means you can do it too.

The best option is to throw the TSA lock in the bin, and never buy another.

I re_assembled my rimowa lock but the problem the problem is when I tey to turn the numbers,it wont work.

Christopher Adame Have you checked the gate activator spring? It should push the gate activator properly. If it's okay, please follow the video step by step.

Christopher Adame this is a easy fix. What you will need to do is buy a new suitcase.

Sorry Chris but I bet you have far more important things to attend to. I was a development and race engineer for a large Japanese company, and so lived out of a suitcase. I never worried about my work, but had nightmares about TSA locks. I think garbage comes to mind.
