This does not cover the issue in the description. This only covers the issue with the USB drive not being adequate. The issue is that "☹readyboost is not enabled becuse the computer is fast enough that it is unlikely to be of benefit"

I formated but don't work :(

Go into the 2nd search bar in windows 10 left corner and search for disk partition or similar words and it'll bring you to the program that edits partitions, make sure the device your using externally has a partition if not right click it and try to add a partition using simple wizard

does it work if there is no removal policy section

Followed next step which formatting the drives I assume. Still doesn't work though :(

How do you use it?

The "if not" part after a certain point isn't making any sense. "If not" means there is an another oprion/step but not trully.

no, nope, nada, unt uh, did not happen. here is the deal on older IDE hd's this was not possible folks thats why no one has ever made a video that it worked on ;-)
