Download the app for the seinnheiser to calibrate I think that will work

I literally bought a usb c EarPod today and right after I opened the box and plugged it in I could only hear sounds from the speakers on the phone and it didn’t even connect it doesn’t even work on my iPad either…

Got new ones and still having the same problem. Even tested them on my girls phone and they work on hers, and my charger works too

My earphones is beating why😢? I m hearing beating like heart beats csn u fix this issue

If its of any help, I needed to turn Bluetooth for the Xs Max. What a stupid reduntant feature. Should have just kept the headphone jacks. Now the phones battery can drain a little faster and you need additional hardware that is not plug and play the same way traditional 3.5mm jacks work. This is quite honestly a step back in progress.

It doesnt say headphones, instead it says dock speaker even tho i have headphones plugged in . Maybe i need to change what happens when i plug in the adapter

I have the same issue. I plug the earphones in and the speaker icon still showing. And when I move around the cord, it starts to glitch and act like the earphones are connected but then it goes back to showing the speaker icon. Idk what to do

@@MadebySwerve I found out that the headphone adapter that I bought was reading as a dock so basically it was offbrand. I bought it from one of those gas stations, but the other one that I bought came from somewhere else and it red like it was supposed to which is headphones. I hope this helps.

Basically I think u still gotta connect them through Bluetooth even if there wired try it. For me it worked

I’m having this exact same problem once again, and this the second time is happened. They were working fine last night, but this morning, BOOM right side just decided to give me the middle finger. This is now my second set of Apple wired buds with the lightning connector, and the bullshit is plaguing me again. Why?!

When I plug mine in it says Beatsx it never used to do that and when I connect it has no sound.

My headphones stopped working, so I bought a new pair. They were struggling to connect, but then when I finally got them to connect, it released this terrible feedback sound that hurt my ears. Ever since that moment, my headphones have not worked. The phone won’t even recognize that they’re plugged in, even though my lightning cable charger works just fine. It doesn’t make any sense.

I thought mine didn’t work ,, but they connect Bluetooth now if they beep when u plug them in go to the settings to Bluetooth and it should pop up

Check if your lighting pod has dirt or dust, try cleaning it out

All i can see is the bluetooth icon and not the earphone icon please help me what to do
