People only pay attention on what my hands do and what my voice says, I find it unnecessary for the whole word to see my face, they need help, they must see what I'm doing and what I'm explaining no matter without face being revealed

I have a portable washing machine but the spin dryer is not even spinning anymore any suggestions on how to replace it or even fix it
