You are the man, fixed the no sim card error on my pixel 3. It has been getting worse everytime an update happens with the restart & any time I powered off/ then on for an occasional restart. How do you get a TracFone Wireless phone to work with AT&T sim card. TracFone said AT&T has to set up phone but they did and it doesnt work . Says invalid sim card.

my phone didn't have simtoolkit, however it had other sim options (sim app dialog, etc) (I had to click on show system in the apps menu for it to appear). with a force close of the sim app dialog, reset and re-insert of the sim card, I was able to fix it. Thank you, I was having trouble add day!!!

There is also another way which is you have to play your phone until your battery is 0% and just leave it like that for few hours. Kindly recommend you to wait for more than 3 hours tho. After that, charge your phone and wait a few mins and turn it on. There you go! It works for me. Just need patience ✨

Sir I want to mention that, the problem of no detection of SIM card by the mobile device may occur due to physical wear of SIM (which happend in my case once). What happens actually that , the gold plates of the SIM are connected with eachother as metal weared out from both the plates and touches each other at the separation gap between the plates. The wearing happens due to friction between the plates of SIM and the connecting points on the SIM card slot (when SIM card is put in and out in the slot very often, this happens) So when the plates touch eachother it become shorted and not detected by the device . So if the gap between the plates are scratched and cleaned by a blade the problem may be solved.

@@heroboi192 I tried this as well and it did not fix a problem and trying to call Q link wireless as a joke the call center is in India or the Philippines or Russia for example. Problem is my phone you have to take out the battery in order to take out the Sim card and in both of his videos he doesn’t have to do that
