Note- the recording/playback tab that i am talking about is in the control panel. Open control panel , then click on hardware and sound , then click on sound to see these two tabs in top... Or In the taskbar, if you see a speaker icon with cross ❌ sign on it, then right click on that icon , then click on "open sound settings" , then in the output / input section , click on Manage sound devices and check if any devices disabled, then enable it from there.... May this help you ...

Yahi ek solution hai jo mai use kar rahi hu Ek mp3 player khareedo aur phir usko pc se data cable se connect kar lo and then mp3 player me speaker ya earphone lagake chala lo... Mai yahi use karti hu achche se work karta hai Mp3 player se jyada der mat chalana, mujhe nahi pata jyada der chalana theek hai ya nahi...
