Ive had mine for over 7 months and I fucking love them.

This actually fixed my issue. My headset didnt turn off from power button, but did the reset (small hole near power cord) and it works!

Been looking for an answer for months, only one out of 6 USB ports available worked. Now they all do. I never noticed that little hole before. Thanks a bunch.

Excellent, thanks alot. Worked like a charm. My problems were no buttons worked, even if i pressed mute and the red light came on it was still broadcasting.

I just turned off captions

using the reset hole on the dongle worked for me

2 years later i found a fix in this video, thanks a lot

Thanks man i got this headset for free but i could not get it to work. To think i missed a simple thing as a reset button

all i get is blinking power and charging.. so orange light and green light just blink..no sounds or anything at all.. kinda sad that the reset didnt work and reinstalling drivers wont work either.. is there a way to maybe flash the flash drive or something??

My headset stopped pairing for some reason and this didn't fix it, nor did pressing the reset button on the dongle. Not sure why - it's been working for years. Weirdly moving the dongle to a different USB port on the MoBo fixed it.

how do you have the voice modulator?

the issues with those headsets is the buggy drivers and the build quality.

I've been living with that godfore sacken crackeling and turning off and on shit for like a year now, and that's all I needed to do.......😒 But thank you!

I have a problem with my G930 Headset right now. I brought it over to a friends and back and now the microphone just stopped working. Its giving little to no input unless I do something like scream. Have not gotten any input for a while now though. Is this one of its many issues? Or do I need a new headset? :/

Also on a side note, besides the occasional disconnect and reconnect while charging this is the only issue I have really had with this headset in the 6 months I have had it.

For some reason the logitech software just takes away all audio for me

Sound gets cut off and the mic doesnt seem to work msg back asap

my head set like, wont connect at all, i downloaded the latest software, and stuff, tried reseting it and it just wont connect, the computer recognizes the dongle but the headset itself just wont connect

+Mortal MC sounds like it might be completely broken (make sure the usb and stuff are plugged in all the way'n'stuff first) I would contact logitech

my receiver and headset just kept on blinking and never connected

If the toothpick is too large, try using a bent paperclip. Pressing reset resolved my buzzing issue, but now the charging light is flashing orange. Anyone have any idea what that means, and how to fix it?

Alex Goglin Oh, but it flashes orange whenever it's plugged in. I remember it's supposed to be solid orange when plugged in.

It flashes when it's charging, and solid is when it's fully charged, but you already probably figured that out by now.

Actually I didn't know that! It makes sense though, I should have noticed that it only flashes until it's fully charged (god it was so obvious, I'm dumb). Thanks!
