On windows 8 and my bios has no system config tab

I can't go to the bios setup because my f10 indicates save and exit. What should I do?

Btw people! If it keeps happening, enter BIOS menu again and just Disable and then Enable the Network Boot option again (or however it's called in your BIOS version)!!!

Hey I have a problem on my pc I can't connect to my wifi and if I try it will say connecting and verifying and then after 2 seconds is saying checking Wi-Fi requirement then it says can't connect please help 🙏
