hi i have the exact same issue i tried poking the hole and all but it works for awhile then stop again so i decided to take out the mesh and it works very very well now ! thanks for sharing ur vid. i hope removing the mesh won’t be a problem 😂

I had the same issue, after a while the fire fade slowly if your solution is working I'd do the same 😂
