it works at oppo reno 5 by your method sir, thank you very much 1. removed the sim tray with memory card 2. go to settings>app management>app list 3. search "file manager" 4. go to file manager>storage usage, then click "clear data" 5. exit the setting, then restart the phone 6. after the restarted, insert the sim tray with sim card and memory card and after that, it works now

I nearly thew it away but something said, just go on KZread and see if there is a video to help. I clicked on your video and I thank God I did, your video was spot on and I followed your steps to the letter and now I have all my photos back, thank you so much brother for your help. I will add one thing in case people don't see the show system apps, when you go to apps and click the three dots, depending on what version of android you have, the show system apps won't be there, instead what you have to do, is click on the three vertical lines to the right, where it says your apps, with the arrow pointing downwards and then the option to show system apps will be visible. Thanks again my friend , you now have a new subscriber 🙏🏆

I meannnn... encryption doesn't work like that ..try hooking it up to a computer with work around software. Even then a bit of a lost cause... ESPECIALLY if U don't even have the phone anymore.

I have a question.. I have a S10e android my files shows to already have the update.. and i want to know before i try your prev method of going to files the storage the clear data and cache.. If i have my sim and sd card removed.. when i clear data will it clear my internally stored pictures? I do not want to lose any pictures.. The album missing out of my gallery has to be on the sd card.. its a 128 gb and i have over 9000 picts i cant find.. my Sd card shows to not be installed.. im tech challenged..so dont want to clear data as you suggest if i will lose my internally stored photos.. Well I don't have another device to switch it to and I can't see what this guy is doing because he recorded it so small and yet he knows we're looking at this on our cell phone so this was no help to me .

Do you have other solutions? Because I cant clear 'DATA' in my 'My File' because it contains lots of what I'm using. Only clearing cache is what I could do.

I've tried both ways in your tutorial trying to get my 128GB encrypted SD card work in my Galaxy Note 8 phone in which I encrypted it about a year ago and never did any changes.Recently I had to format it and even updated the My 📂 Files app,but to no avail.I still get the message "UNSUPPORTED SD CARD - This device doesn't support this SD card.Tap to set up in a supported format". I inserted the card in a laptop and in another phone whereby it's detectable,so I don't know what could be wrong with my Note 8?

@@Herozonex200 I'm so sorry to hear that,mine is now perfectly working and I managed to reload it with my encrypted files/data,that's after I had to open the phone only to find out that there was a sim card stuck in the sim and SD card tray space,so after its retrieval all came back to normal.Just try following the tutorial in this video,all the best.

I've tried several steps but it didn't work! So my last option was to safely removed my SD Card to my device and i installed it with my Samsung galaxy J2 SM-J200GU and the SD card was detected. I decided to reformat the card and everything in it was erased. Then I put it back to my Vivo phone again and hola the phone detected back again the 256GB SD Vivo Card. That's it guys!

will this work for my case too ? my newly bought sd card got "corrupted" after only three days and since i didn't have pc at home i didn't want to go to the shop to get it fixed cause i don't enough money to get it fixed yet , so what i did was format the sd card since that was a given option and then even with the sd card on the phone in "my files" it doesn't show that sd card section it only show the device storage part ...... will this technique work ?

If you move the apps to sd card the apps wont be able to work properly because apps has a fully functional system to the internal storage of your phone so dont do move the apps on sd card its unsafe this is base on my experience..
