How to fix lost phone side buttons easily and cheaply

If you damaged and lost your side phone buttons, usually volume up, volume down or power key, this is a tutorial for you. In this video, I will show you how to easily and almost free fix your phone side button keys. This tutorial is great because you can easily remove this fix with a lighter and another toothpick. With this fix, you will easily turn on your phone if you lost the power button key. Broken side button keys sometimes are too expensive to replace or not available, especially if you have an old phone. So, if your phone is without the power button, try this great fix.

Dude, thanks! I had a sunken button that was hard to press and fixed it using a piece of toopick under the actual button thanks to this video!
I did this with volume button and it's working well.
You could make a mold with the hot glue of the hole in the friend button! I would remove the lid, transfer the hole to paper, make a mold with the plastic measurements and leave a flat part on the 2 sides towards the side with the glue of 1 to 2 mm high and that would be on the inner side of the lid to prevent the lid you made from coming loose!

This actually worked for my lenovo. Dont blame him if it wont work for you. He is not telling you to do this to your main phone. One tip would be to use as little hot glue as possible to make it more flexible.
Now my phone can't turn on, thank you.

I may use the hot glue trick, but 3D print a new power button. 🤔
Well i fix mine with cotton buts i cut it a little and place it on the botton where i could press it and then i place black tape and scotch tape and now it works.
Does hot glue wont affect the phone? My mobile is vivoy66 Is this idea will workout for my mobile.

What if the cover of the power button is detached, but the button is still there? Will normal glue fix the issue?

@@taebear95. yes you can repair it very easily. If you lost the button you can buy a new one and attach it for 20 euros (where I live). If you still have the button you take it with you to the repair guy and he fixes it for you for 2 euros. Before going to the repair guy, I added myself some glue and it only stayed attached for 2 days. Be careful!

OMG it's butcher style fix. Use something like flexible glue - for example Soudal Fix All Flexi

You don't need glue gun you can just use a candle to melt the glue

@@steady1290 No, i do not laugh. This phone is worth 25usd and i couldnt find part under 30usd. This phone still works, i use it as hotspot. If you can find part under 5 usd thats great, depends of your phone and value of your phone.
