Okay... So heads up, that's bluetooth mode. So clearly you dont understand why people buy a headset with Lightspeed (aka, 2.4ghz wireless). Because the audio quality is better and with lightspeed, you have noise cancelation. Over bluetooth, YOU DONT. Dark blue is bluetooth mode, cyan is lightspeed. You hold down the mute button to switch between the 2. Issue everyone is having, is the damn headset gets DC'd from it's dongle and there's no way to re-pair the 2... THIS is not a solution, THIS is standard operation for the headset to connect it via bluetooth.

The point of making the video was because I noticed that it didn't come with instructions and I realized others didn't come with clear instructions as well. The point of the video wasn't to fix connection issues with the headset but to provide an explanation on hot to connect.

I'm also troubleshooting this stupid headset, and it's frustrating finding something that calls itself a fix when it's just a "how to connect" guide. I'm so angry at this headset I came SO close to breaking it yesterday. Damned thing just stopped working. Just gives me stupid blinking lights no matter what mode it's in or what I do to it.

G'DANG! That fixed my problem! I was so upset when these came and I couldn't get it to pair following logitech's instructions via pdf! Thank you man! This allowed me to connect via bluetooth on Windows 10. Before this solution, bluetooth connect attempts would ask me to input a PIN and obviously I couldn't do so given the headset doesn't have numebr input! Thanks again! Cheers! This works!
