Help add didn’t fix after all them computer logins fine

The person in my circle, it’s not showing them moving just how far away they are. And it says they are logged out. I tried all these methods and nothing worked.

Really really hard to understand accent. If the person speaks with heavy accent , advice is to slow down, please. As writings are going fast too, impossible to catch an explanation, otherwise the information would be very useful
