Hey thanks for the video but I have a question please when I press the button seems like everything working but the dashboard all lights are on and after 2 minutes it will stop working !?!?

Did you call LG to send someone out? If so, what was the number you called?

Yeah... our tech bent the fan. Mistake? He pitched a $1000 sill repair---fridge cost $600. It was even louder now and throughout the house. I replaced the fan due to the tech "bending" the axil. $17 Amazon! I did panic when motor was way larger than the pre installed CHEAP one---housing was large enough. I did have to splice old connectors to new fan motor ... disregarding the yellow wire. Purple wires are voltage dimming in lighting---and the new motor didn't have a yellow wire to boot. All fixed now, and I am not calling that tech back.
The word is defrost
