After I press confirm, it just sits there frozen doing nothing

For me when I try it's says, verify the instructions with the code. You may be unauthorized to use it. I really need some help it's been weeks since I coundn't find any help I testee 3 codes and it's always the same thing and when im trying with a new account it says "code already redeemed".

Why letters seem to have some misprinting like black underline under the 4-5 digit and the last dash isn’t strait. It just scratched it and don’t know what to do?

I redeemed the code and then I got signed out and I checked my history and it says I haven’t but when I try to redeem it it says it already has been redeemed

Every time I type in the code and go through the card info covers confirm so I can’t use it

My first card was 25€, a us card, digital code, purchased here in germany a few days ago. Yesterday i purchased a 10€, an ireland card. When i try to enter the code, it keep saying that the code wasn’t found. I could cry my eyes out

Can I redeem these cards on a Xbox 360?

When I try to type the 25 character code in, it only let me type in 24 characters

So I bought the master chief collection on g2a the seller is apparently trusted and sold 4000 products I bought a EU key and it can be redeemed in my country but it said that it was already redeemed which is strange cause I really didn't redeem anything XD I contacted the seller requesting a refund or solving the problem(because I'm 90% sure he didn't activate the product) But no response yet I still think I got scammed Edit: After reaching out to Microsoft support I found out that the key was redeemed before I purchased it I contacted the seller and told him about this his response was: "Sorry, please be patient and wait for after-sales processing" can anyone tell me what does that mean?

I redeemed the code but when i checked my balance i never got the money

I see my code has been redeemed but at 2:39, where it says view in store, it shows any error. It even shows the code in payment methods in the Xbox account but when I go through Microsoft store on the Xbox and ready to check out it does NOT show the $15 credit there.. to fix I had to do the transaction logged in on my Microsoft account on pc. I do all my purchases this way now .

after i put the code in it said “one step closer” and said “add a way to pay” i pressed gift card and then it said “you cannot redeem a gift card at this moment” what do i do?

If you're checking your account and it's showing showing the money the you redeemed but when you go to buy it's not there try putting it in your cart and buying from there it solved my problem

Right so solution yh idky it keeps deleting but do it on the xbox website on laptop.

I have a similar problem , when i put the code in it shows me the game pass and says to press continue to activate but when i press continue my xbox freezes

It's asking for 25 character and the card only has 16

Your account region is different than the store region, make sure they both match to be able to use account balance

The ZIP code thing is likely something you need to work out with your credit card issuer.

The problem that I’m having is I try to enter the code and I’m entering it correctly but when I press the check button, it loads and then says “something went wrong” that’s all it says and I already tried restarting my Xbox

As far as I know, you have to have an account, and you can't get an account without a region.

Kuwait is listed on the PlayStation site, and it says it's in the region called SIEE, so I'm not sure if I understand what you mean. I guess with a VPN you can pretend to be from anywhere.

i have another solution if you have this type of specific problem (xbox game pass core/live gold) wont redeem. so i try to redeem and it said ” something went wrong " and i had it before so i went to my suscriptions and i saw i had it already activated but i still couldnt play online multiplayer so since it didnt work i press cancell suscription. after that since i redeem my code and it worked. so the problem was basically it was registering me like i had core but i didnt. error.

If none of these steps work for you, you can try changing the country or region in your microsoft account before you redeem your code

I have a 25$ xbox gift card code, and the money went into my account, but it won't let me use it! Any ideas why? Edit: I tried it once but said "unexpcted error occured" I tried again and it said code already redeemed, which means the money is literally just stuck inside my account 😭

@@afriend9428 some years ago I bought the limited edition Gears 5 Xbox One X bundle. It came with a Xbox One X console plus download codes for every Gears of War game. I could successfully download Gears of War 4 and 5 and Gears of War Ultimate. The only codes that don't work are the ones for GoW 1-3 which were originally released on the Xbox 360. The error code I am getting is "code not found".

Microsoft could just be a garbage company. I don't understand why I need to go through some process like this everytime I get something new Xbox/Microsoft related and it always turns out to be something on their end. Maybe I'm on a list for people they enjoy screwing over
