Thanks to your advice I finally figured out why my Vizio TV would not connect to my wireless system: setting the TV back to the factory settings.

Tysm this was a great video!! Number 3 worked for me, but here's the catch, I had to update my TV first! So that involved using mobile hotspot prior to update, then connecting to wifi! Frustrating but definitely doable! Happy holidays!!

If ypu tried all these and still didnt connect try connecting it with an ethernet cable and it will ask you if you want to use it, just select with wifi and it will connect, after that you can disconnect the cable, it worked for me

So I went to Best Buy and a Vizio has a huge display model with a line right thru the center.I told them my Vizio sucks since day one .They told me they contacted Vizio and asked for another display model nobody would even look at their brands since the display was broken and they told me Vizio said we don't care 🤣

The E32-D1 model doesn't pop up on my my smartcast app to connect

What if I can’t even reset it? All I did was try to add another internet network and it stopped working.

I can’t get any remotes to get to a menu section

My remote control doesn’t have any of that stuff. It’s a simple, remote control and it. My TV depends on my phone to connect to the Internet but it won’t connect to my phone.

This should not happen on a brand new TV! I’m also having issues where the TV won’t turn on unless I unplug and plug it back in. Also the remote doesn’t always work. I have 1 day before my return window expires so it’s going back to Best Buy in morning. Very disappointed in Visio.

I tried the 1st one then tried turning off the wifi switch from the powerstrip. After no change i turned off the tv from the back then hit the input button turned it back on and it worked 😂
