Check your WiFi. The problem might be from the wifi. Trying connecting to a different Wifi to see if it works.

@@bscholarlytv I tried everything as well, but so far nothing. It won't recognize my wifi, but my computer and phone connect just fine to the wifi. I have no idea what could be the cause. I've tried factory resetting my tv many times, but at the beginning it tells me to connect to the wifi but it won't show up.
