So you’re trying to cool down and try connect to the WiFi Network on your Hisense Smart TV, but you’re running into problems? Never fear, as there are several ways to remedy your Hisense TV won't connect to WiFi.

    Option 3 I can't get. I don't see Network settings on my TV or ip settings. The other options didn't fix my issue. My TV is right next to the router.

    One of them is important for internet connection. 1. Keep close router & tv 2. Disconnect all external devices and cables from tv 3. Unplug tv for 10 minutes 4. Reboot router 5. Change router settings 2.4ghz or 5 ghz as your tv specification. 6. Change dns settings on tv as 8.8.8. Apply above & recheck the issues. If any difficulties please let me inform. I will try my best.     Please check and set router band 2.4 ghz on Router. Select Forget wifi from tv and Reinter manually router ip and password on tv. And recheck the issues. Any difficulties please let us inform.     Sometimes my Hisense TV forgets my home wifi and can't find it. Nothing worked but one stupid little thing, unplug the power cord and then plug it again. It seems to reset something, I have no idea, and then it finds the network and everything works perfectly. Hope this helps someone!

    I get it a lot lately. But just turning off WiFi in options and back on then manually reconnecting works. The internet is shockingly bad where I am anyway. But still as for Netflix its been good a long time now but I used to have to manually clear the history via the app page and Netflix options there. Then sign back in. Lot of effort for basic issues. But its usually the way. All this massive tech and the tiny insignificant things are what break it 😂 Reminds me of Windows back in the 90s where it would eventually kill PCs unless you hard reset and wiped it back to factory to start all over because they didn't do what Mac did and clear old data. So it just backed up until it could work no more!

    The internet works on my TV but when I play Hulu or Netflix it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and I have high-speed internet it doesn't do it with my PS4 and it doesn't do with my PS3 only this hisense TV.

    Crazy to think this comment is 3 years ago. We bought two Hisense TVs recently (one in different houses) and both are having WIFI connectivity issues. Connected. Disconnected. Connected. Disconnected. Frustrating. Other than that it's a solid TV.

    Great Video! I tried all steps but nothing seems to fix it. I do notice that the mac address shown on the TV is all zeros. What can I do?

    Dear sir, before your works fine? for the mac address please contact with your ISP provider. But mac address is not a real fact for these problems. you can try following methods as step by step. Hope this will work fine. 1. Unplug the router power cable from the electric source of router or modem wait 10min. 2. Unplug the TV power cable from the wall and hold the TV set power switch for 10 sec. And wait for 20 min then restart the TV. 3. Disconnect all cable from HDMI port and now recheck 4. If the problem persists please apply reset to factory settings 5. Change DNS setting like 8888 or 8844 Please let us know if this helps or not?     Bkt disconnecting naka lagay sa settings hindi tuloy magamit sa hotspot un kc madalas namen gamitin kc wala nakameng wifi sa bahay kaya data nalang tapos ngayon ayaw ma connect anu po ba dapat gawen? Nakaka stress nkc ung baby gusto mag youtube sa tv hindi makapag youtube😥 Hisense tv ko.

    i have this issue with a tv hisense h9eplus, wifi does always off, i tried all methods and none worked, a tech from hisense said it doesn´t load the actualization, so i decided to buy a new board, and it has same failure, wifi is always off, and when i try to turn it on, after 5 seconds goes to grey again, can you please help, there is no way 2 different boards with same problem tv only works with ethernet cable, no wifi ever

    Hi ann jovia, please follow steps; Unplug tv ac power cable and hold tv power button for 10 seconds. Then turn on. 1. Go to network settings 2. Manual settings not automatic settings 3. Select static ip then Here you enter ip and dns Settings manually. Any difficulties please feel free to ask me.     Currently your having internet issues. Unplug tv ac power cable and hold power button for 10 seconds. After 10 minutes later plug and restart. And also Unplug power cable of router for 10 minutes. Now recheck if same then check tv manuals. Hopefully this will solve the problem. Thanks

    Hi, I bought Hisense Tv few months ago. TV didn't want to connect to home WIFI. I trayed to connect through my hotspot and neighbors internet (same provider) and it works but not my home WIFI. I called my provider and they fix it after several try and calls but only after few days the connection fail again. Then the provider accept to change my router telling me that it was not problem in router but the path. According to them the TV should have static path to be able to connect on router ( hm, hm...). The guys performed some configuration and it has been working two months. I was obliged to unplug my TV and when I wanted to connect it again it was impossible. I trayed to restart the router, restart of TV, cleaning of cache, cookies. Nothing works . And then I found this video . I switched IP settings on manual and changed DNS Server 2 for 8844 instead of 0000 and it is working! Thank you so much Fix Netflix you saved me a lot of trouble! ❤

    Too bad the specs don't show the storage or cache sizes for their tv's. I've had to input my login info multiple times for Netflix roku phone hulu if the tv is running for more than 4 hours at a time. Only purchased because they are out of other brands and sales told me how great these are. Not! Similar to the quality issues with their Android tablets back in the day.

    FYI you do not need to wait 20 minutes just do it within 30 seconds and I do it I mean unplug the TV
