at 2:08 the "continue running background apps..." is not there. It must have been moved. I cannot locate this function / option.

I made it up to the part where you are supposed to click on "advanced" on the left then look for a wrech icon for "system" so I can disable continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed. I don't show the wrench/system option. I looked around online and apparently this is a thing because other people are asking & showing screenshots that look like mine. Any ideas?
