i cannot acces the windows antivirus settings as it is blocked is there a way to add it to the exclusion list without viewing it in windows settings

i need help guys in fifa! when i launch fifa it goes succefully, then i got to the select file, when i select my screen suddenly becomes black and then closes fifa.

My FIFA 23 never loads my profile settings. I have to set everytime I open the game. Like prefered club, camera settings, controller settings etc. Any idea on how to fix this?
