Useless video. Seems the only answer is to wait until mid wipe when loads of people quit and the servers aren’t getting hammered. Sent a support ticket so I expect a reply sometime in 2025.

Got an email today from BSG to give a rating on my ticket that did not solde anything. I cliked the link to give a bad rating on that ticket, but Error 404 page. Still can't play since the beginning of wipe

Guessing your having the same issue of not receiving an email verification
The only thing that worked for me is trying to log in until I get the email which I did eventually.
