⁠i mean the other color was fixed but cyan is the problem although it has sufficient cyan. This started when i accidentaly pressed a setting that was supposed to stop the print but instead of stopping, it stops producing cyan.

In my case, only the blank ink is printing. None of the colours are printing. There is enough ink in the tank. I have done nozzle check, head cleaning and power cleaning once, too. Please help. Thanks!

I think you should check the print head flex; usually, you will find a broken flex.

What is the next step if its still doesn't work in 3x trials even there is an ink refilled?
