Go to settings, connection, Bluetooth, paired device, delete paired device, delete both earbuds, turn off the airbus. Then turn them on,

I have a problem connecting my Philips TAT1215 earbuds. Both want to connect individually to my phone but not together (if one connects the other stays on „Pairing mode“) Both appear in the Bluetooth list. When I try to reset them (putting them in the case press for 5-10 seconds) both blink once white and if I take them out they both blink blue and white. The only „solution“ I got is to reset but it doesn’t work pls help

What was the reason you needed to do this in the first place? Does this work for syncing up two separate (same model) earbuds?

It didn't pair them, but it helped me switch from the one working to the one not working (lack of battery). I wonder what's next now, I want both of them to be perfectly paired and charged at the same time. Thank you.

I had the same problem with my Immortal 181, but I finally found the solution. Click the CTC button on both buds. After about 10-15 clicks, they will start blinking in the same colors and will now work together.

I just did these with my onn earbuds and it worked like a charm! The left one glowed purple and I charged it and everything and thought it worked but even after that it still did the same thing. But after watching this guy, my earbuds were disconnected, I paired them again, and they both work simultaneously. Thank you for giving me my music back ❤️ 🎧

No mine still only connect one at a time, one constantly shuts the other off from all commands for some strange reason, when one is connected to my phone the other one won't even turn off unless it's placed back in the case. Just going to return them, do not buy Jabra.

I have K23 headphones, they've been working 100% fine for me for the past 2 years Until tonight. Where for some reason they will not connect TOGETHER, as a Pair. They always show up on my phone (iPhone) as separate K23 connections, and I have tried this video and other similar ones, including the actual User Manual guide. MULTIPLE TIMES. And I still am not getting any different results. I need some help. I know for a fact these headphones can pair, they need to pair together, but I've spent the past 3 hours of my life raging about this while trying to fix it.
