Is this SLine 2019 model ?
What happens if this doesn't work? I have recently followed your video and replaced this but doesn't seem to have worked. Could you advise what I could check to why isn't working

if its your lower part of the DRL that has gone you have to replace the whole headlight as this part is sealed into the headlight Casing. Only the top DRL Module can be replaced, I know this as I have it go on my audi a3 Sline 2017 model one side went, so I had to replace both actual headlights as the drl won't match, over time the tube in the headlight starts to deteriorate. Luckily I found to separate newer headlights for it but there is a slight difference in the drls. so only way to get around this is to buy 2 new drls from audi and fit them in.
Is it the same procedure for a Q2 2017

probably using the polishing attachment from a dremel tool
Have DRL light fault on my A3 S line 2015, is it the same fix? Cheers

yes it should be but different modules since you might have the matrix headlights
Got the issue on an S3 Convertible, and no-one in the North East of England is interested in taking it on...
