What to do with dents and damage to furniture in the house?
How to fix them and restore the previous look of your furniture?
In the video I will show how you can fix dents on furniture surfaces with clear hard wax.
Dents appear on the furniture over time and everyone wants to fix them.
You can easily fix it yourself.
To work, we need a transparent restoration wax and a tool for work.
The wax must be melted with a soldering iron.
Before work, clean and degrease the damaged surface.
Fill the melted wax to the damage.
I use a professional gas soldering iron with a temperature regulator.
You can use any soldering iron to melt the wax.
Fill the wax with a small excess to then level the surface with a spatula.
The wax hardens after cooling after 20 seconds.
Remove excess wax with a spatula with teeth.
This is a special spatula that does not scratch the surface.
For best results, you need to retouch the restoration site with restoration markers.
They are alcohol based with toner.
The color of the marker must be selected according to the surface to be restored.
With the help of a marker you can also restore the natural structure of the surface.
At the end of the work, the restored surface should be fixed with a transparent restoration varnish to fix and restore shine. This technology of restoration of dents can be used on all wooden surfaces of furniture, doors, floors, parquet, stairs, etc.

Can this system works on laminate furniture dents?
Can you use this wax on a surface that’s vertical? Like a door on a cabinet? Would you have to remove the door first to lay it flat?

😲 There is nothing New under the sun, this has been done for many years! They did this back in the day with shellac sticks! Bee's wax was used and mixed with other colored waxes! This is a synthetic wax and you can lacquer or finish over like what you can do with shellac sticks, but easier than using shellac sticks!
