Thanks for taking the time in making this video. I always remove the screws completely and apply never-seize paste to the threads. They come out smoothly every year using a nut driver. I especially needed help to restore the nice blue flames. Thanks again.
Thanks for this video! As obvious as it is (now) I didn't think about pulling the burners from the inside. I thought I had to take the panel off. My problem was that I replaced the igniter but 3 of my 4 tubes would not ignite consistently. I popped the burners out and then reseated them and now I've got consistent ignition. Not sure why that worked but it was easy.
Thanks, very thorough
Don't grind off the bolt head. Spray with WD40, tap, tap, tap and try again. Then do the back and forth. One of mine was severely rusted with hardly a slot or bolt head. I had to use a small needle nose Vise-Grip. Patience and the back and forth are both good tips.
I know times are tought but really, clean old burners? I can buy a brand new burner set for 28 bucks on Amazon. I'm not that lazy to spend the time installing it for years and years of cooking pleasure versus going to have to do this sooner or later why not sooner. But thanks for showing how to clean them.

It takes like 20 min, burners should be routinely cleaned anyways. If it’s rusted out then replace. No sense in buying new when you just need to clean them.
I am a little confused - at the end of the video it looks like the flames are very high and yellow - should they not be all blue?

From the Weber website - The tips of the flames may occasionally flicker yellow (A), and should be light blue (B) towards the top and a darker blue (C) towards the bottom.
