My Acer U5-710 All-in-One has a lot less settings in the bios than your acer laptop. There is no option to add a trusted EUFI file. I only have HDD (Windowsbootmanger), DVD, LAN or USB as boot options. I tried Secureboot on/off, bios Password, but I'm not able to boot another OS. Only Windows works fine. I like to install BlissOS like I did on other devices, but here I can't get it to work wathever I try, dual boor or single OS. I think this Acer bios version has a some limitations. I already have the latest bios version from the acer support site. Do you see a solutons? Maybe another bios like yours with InsydeH20.

One key option I overlooked when trying to get an old Latitude running again (it said "No boot device" but passed diagnostics, and would not locate any file system for SD cards, USB's even in diff slots, HDD's, etc) was the TPM. I tried so many diff combinations of UEFI and Legacy, w/o Safe Boot... and none of it worked for me until I turned off the TPM on my laptop. Now I have Linux Mint installed and running flawlessly (as flawless as it can hah)

@@ijaznazar7221 reset bios chip : remove battery(laptop) and then remove a cell type battery (coin cell) unplug it for 15 min ,this will reset bios chip .

Guys hello, in boot priortiy my hdd1 slot is looking like "hdd1: " ther is no name shown altough I have sandisk ssd. So, when I chose hdd1 first hdd0:toshiba second , there is no change. How can my computer see like this hdd1: Sandisk ssd

My laptop randomly shutdown shows a bluescreen with a message *your device ran into a problem* and restart, sometimes instead of restarting it goes into a black screen with a message no bootable device found and after force restarting it goes back to normal for like 10/15/20 minutes and laptop crash and shows a blue screen error. Once I visited a shop nearby he formatted the laptop and instead of fresh windows my laptop was fine it worked for like 15/20 days now I am facing the error again. Please I need help I am a content creator who makes videos daily 😢

We are working on it! Have you checked if your BIOS supports dual mode (Legacy or UEFI)? Because some new generation motherboard only supports UEFI Firmware, in that case you need to convert your hard disk partition style from MBR to GPT.

It's work, sir. But how to add windows too. For the first time I'm missing boot priority order is empty. After following this video, I can add my Linux in boot priority order, but I cannot found from the other option (windows). My computer has 2 OS My first problem is I accidently type "rm -rf /" in Linux 😅 After that, I'm facing "no bootable device" 😔😔 So I try to open bios menu. And then I saw the "boot priority order" is empty. After that I found this video and I can add my Linux in boot priority order, but cannot found my windows manager ....... Note : all my file in SSD are still there. My windows system too

Check by setting up supervisor password or admin password on your computer's BIOS, hope your problem will be solved.

If you don't recognize these BIOS screens right away, don't bother continuing. There are hundreds more videos which show a hundred different variations which won't include your exact BIOS and your exact hardware configuration. Most are so vague they're useless. All of them in fact up to this point and I've watched a couple dozen.
