Thank you, all others say to clean the two ports on the opposite side of the crown. This fixed it for me.

A kid insert a pin (smartphone's pin) into microphone hole and push it. I don't know if damage the microphone, or now is not water assistant anymore. Is there any way to test it with safety?

You and this video are awesome!!! I had to do both steps but am so happy. it was driving me crazy. was getting calls but no one could hear me. Glad I don't have to take it to Apple lol.

Good Grief, that my friend actually worked and sorted my Siri's non response to me asking the time etc, nor could I speak through my watch 7 when someone phoned me, the toothbrush worked a treat, well done, it's working fine now, whoopee :) 😀

Tareq Ali, Check if your Microphone is working or not by making voice note. If it is alright, but still you can’t listen or talk on calls, you can reset your Apple Watch then set it up again. It should fix the issue.😊
