Can you tell me the error you are getting? I believe you have a different error alltogether?

i contacted epic games several times and tried the different "solutions" that they gave me i spent literal hours and with this video i don't think it took me even an hour to fix my problem thx a lot my guy

You don't seem to have an administrator account. You can try this: right click on Start button, choose Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin). If you have one of these options and the app opens, type services.msc

Which options do you have? You can try Refresh but also Stop and then Start

This is probably due to corrupted installation files. You might need to download the app again and start the installation.
