Thanks! Confirmed LT1.6 works with OBS 30.1.0 on MacOS. No need to unblock file permissions but setup is otherwise similar

2:48 Just a short tip, if you do the unblock with the downloaded ZIP file you don't need to do it with the individual files after unzipping.

@@AJaytheCEO working for me thanks on version 28.0.1 just follow this suggestion on OBS forum: Change the browser source from Local file to url open the browser-source.html file in your default browser - Copy the URL, and paste it as the URL for the browser source in OBS. It should have the word "file:///" in front of the directory.

@@lellotrek i can say this is the best answer sp far. Tried my best but i didn't work in obs 30. 1 untill i followed your advice. Instead of using local file, i used url. But i didn't add file:///. I just added the copied url and it worked. Thanks

@@AJaytheCEO Thank you for taking the time to get back to me. Meanwhile I found out what I was doing wrong, as I was sure it was an error on my part. I'll share it here because I suspect many others must have made the same mistake: So instead of following your instructions to the letter, at some point while locating the file, I didn't use the "copy as path" method but instead I clicked "local file" and browsed for it. There is a thread on BlackMagic forum that says it doesn't work like that after some update. So it is vital to link to the file exactly the way you do, with "copy as path". Of course you know that and you said it yourself. But somewhere I must have got impatient and did it the other way and broke it. So a heads up for other viewers to follow your instructions to the letter. Thanks again for your help!

Thank you for the video instructions. I have am having some issues where it has showed up once. After a restart it never came back. I have the boxes turning "Blue" indicating that its working ok, but i am seeing nothing on the screen. I did this on another installation and it worked fine. I retraced my steps, removed the plugin, exported from the working one and imported to the other one and still nothing. Any assistance would be appreciated, trying to set this up for my church.

Good video. Is there a way for an external txt file to be inserted as the text so when I update the txt the lower third automatically updates? Example: My father is the senior pastor at my church and I run the soundroom, music, overhead slideshows ect; every Sunday he has a new message title, I would like to update the text without having to that inside of OBS.

I did everything as you explained and it didn't work for me on windows 11. also I'm not seeing the unblock option so I just allowed all the perms on the main folders security options. very frustrated still. thanks for the attempt to help though.

Where did you place the files? Try and place them in your downloads or documents folder

@@AJaytheCEO Thanks so much! Using the folder in the download folder worked perfectly for me while moving it to my OBS folder caused problems. Also the tip for putting the logos in the same folder worked better for me. Thanks again!

Yes you can, you need to set the display for the second one in a different location so they do not overlap

It's challenging putting the logo in the lower 3rd ..I might be doing something wrong

Place your image in the logo folder. That worked for me

I don't have an unblock check box but I allowed full control in Properties>Security and the hotkeys are still getting denied. I can activated the lower 3rd animation with the switch but not with hotkeys (a window pops saying "Permission denied")... Any ideas?

@@AJaytheCEO I try shift+1(2,3,etc.), just 1, number pad 1... I would always get that permission denied pop up message, I can only click directly on the switch with my mouse at the moment

Solution Found: Run OBS as administrator and the shortcuts should now works!
