This host supports Intel VT-x, but the Intel VT-x implementation is incompatible with VMware Workstation. VMware Workstation does not support the user level monitor on this host. I Module MonitorMode' power on failed. Failed to start the virtual machine. how to solve problem

Mine is showing “Error while powering on : This host supports AMD -V, but the AMD-V implementation is incompatible with VMware player. VMware Player does not support the user level monitor on this host. Module ‘MonitorMode' power on failed. Failed to start the virtual machine." Please I need some help on what to do.
