Your folder would be different choose the folder with your name or the name you chose

i can help in log in page hold sift then press restart button it will boot and press troubleshoot advanced options after that then command prompt after that type this in order c: cd windows/system32 del utilman.exe ren utilman.old utilman.exe after that press startup type then safe mode press ctrl + U command prompt will pop up paste in order net localgroup administrators username /add replace 'username' with your user's name (simple) done
