How to change the seals in the hydraulic swing for the bucket ?

excuse me, I'm just an electrician. Not quite sure about the hydraulic part.

my JLG 40 H high lift has inconsistent operation of three functions , boom out/in , basket rotation and tilt sometime it will work fin then suddenly stop working.. there is a circuit breaker on one end of the basket terminal strip i am thinking this could be the problem any ideas ? thank you

for that, my idea is some kind of malfunction related to power contactors. Normally a breaker would completely open the circuit instead of working intermediately

looks like some motor contactor issue, not the limit switch issue.

if it's not moving at all, that's more complicated than my situation. It can be battery, power contact, emergency stop, or any other control circuit.
