And all it took this girl was a KZread video, thanks dude! 💪
Brilliant, this is exactly what we needed! Should be titled: "How to fix a roller blind chain that has come off its track", since this doesn't deal with a broken chain.
Thank you. This is just what I needed. My mechanism was slightly different, but everything you said helped me fix my problem. Very grateful to you for sharing your tips.
13 year old video and still such a great help! Thank you!
Thanks heaps for this. blind chain in the bedroom of my new house had come off and I couldn't work out how to remove the blind from the mounts. All fixed now, and subbed to your channel.
Thank you so much. Some moron at my house did exactly what you demonstrated to tear the chain out of the track and your video saved an expensive repair call out!
Thank you so much! This video has just allowed me to repair both blinds in my flat! So simple when you know how! Thanks again.
Thanks for the video it took a few minutes to reinstall the chain on the track and easily put the blind back on the bracket. Useful video ladies 👌
Fantastic - I have been dreading that job for years on my high rise apartment blind. Worked like a charm - thank you :)
Thank you! Was really battling. You're instructions were easy to follow and worked perfectly. Saved me a call out fee. Much appreciated.
BRILLIANT! The displaced chain has been SOOO aggravating, and I couldn't work out how to get it back on. Too easy - once you know how!! Thanks heaps.
Thank you from an 80year old, appreciate your time and thoughtfulness👋👍.
Excellent, clear explanation, straight to the point. Lifesaver 😀
Thank you!!! waited for my (very busy) hubby to fix it for 6 months...eventually took matters into my own hands and found this.... ^_^ he fixed it immediately!!
Thank you. Easy instructions for me to understand and see exactly what was happening. Although the operating circle was a bit different design than this one being described, I was able to fix it myself. (my almost 68 year old brain, still had some idea what to do )
Fantastic!! Thank you so much for the video. We have had a blind off it's track for months. I'm off to the shed to get the Phillips-head screwdriver to fix it.
Thank you so much for this video.I've been going crazy trying to figure out how to get the pesky chain back on again.Gotta love KZread eh !

Thank you so very much!! Your video definitely saved me having useless blinds.
Thanks mate. Worked a treat. Been kicking around for hours.
When you put the chain back on, don't you have to keep in mind where that connector link is in the chain so it does not hit the top before the blind is all the way down?
Best video, straight forward, short and sweet. Good on you
Wow what a great video. So easy to understand and so so helpful. Thank you
Thank you... it all makes sense once you see the sequence of steps to repair.
Very good my thanks, I couldn't have fixed my roller blind without your help
Legends, my blind's cord has been out since I moved in and finally been able to sort it. Took me five mins tops.
This video was fantastic it saved us hours of frustration. Thank you!!😄
Thank you ! I fixed my blind myself. Clear instructions.
Great video and explanations. Very good teacher!
Thanks a lot - very generous of you to share your knowledge so clearly
My blinds have the screw inside the control mechanism instead of the outside as shown here. These instructions helped me successfully complete the job.
your video saved my blind! Love this!
Great fix! Thanks for the help mates. 😊
thanks so much, just fixed my blinds!!! It was easy thanks to you!!!
Thanks dudes, helped my fix my blinds instantly
Very well explained. Helped! Thank you
Amazing description thanks
Thanks great help. Actually had it fixed just needed to put it back up.
My blind didn't have a screw - in which case you can remove the control mechanism just by pulling it hard from the blind, it might be quite stiff - but it worked for me.
That was clear and extremely helpful. Thanks 🙂
Brilliant, thanks for this. Glad I watched it before I tried to rip the end off 😂
This saves me every time one of my little darlings gets a hold of the chain on the blind :)
Brilliant. All fixed. Thanks 😃
Thank you so much! Excellent video, it helped me a lot!!!
Extremely helpful video, showed exactly what I needed to know and fixed my blinds! Thanks a lot guys!
Worked perfectly. Thank you
Hey i had the same problem, so i figured out that there should be some way the chain should have come out in the first place. So once i removed the blind all i did was to open up the plastic covering with the help of a screw driver and create enough opening to put the chain back. The plastic is strong enough for you to open up just exactly to the size of the bearings.
Thanks for this simple instructional video.. made my day :-) three cheers to the poster and youtube for this supreme gift of knowledge
Thank you! Just fixed my mother in laws broken blind!
this is really helpful, THANK YOU!
You know a 13 year old video won’t have a 20 minute intro with sponsors and all the rest of it. Great job
That was most helpful. Thank you so much!

Thanks a lot! Very helpful video.
You guys are legends! Complete accident that the chain came off and I knew there must be some sort of pop out mechanism - you think I could figure that bit out though? Ha ha, yeah right. Needed to get it sussed before my housemate gets back and now I don't have to worry about a chewing out from her because of a complete accident. Honestly, some people are arseholes concerning the smallest little problems that easily be fixed. Thanks for saving my bacon. ;)

I have this type of blind but mines not getting hard or stuck or off it’s track but when using it, I can pull it down part way but then it just unrolls down by itself so I have to wedge the chain to a wire to hold it in place. Any help would be gratefully accepted. Many thx
Hi, I have one of these but the blind no longer stays rolled up, is there a tensioner somewhere that i've missed?
Thanks for the video.. really helpful.. saved my $100..
Thank you !
This is a great video, but like the others we don't have a screw in our mechanism. How are you meant to do it if you don't have a screw? Help please!
