Tried, my mouse literally won’t even turn off if my cursor is stuck. I was playing valorant and couldn’t even turn or do anything with my mouse. I unplugged it, rebooted pc over and over, and even plugged in a different mouse. Still didn’t work. I hope this vid helps tho

@@KainsazEdits yes...the Function shortcut key was disabled ....after so many hit and trial it came out to be such a silly reason. Check if you have accidentally turned off touchpad throught that functioon key. up there.
