Thank you for the video. Got the correct O rings. Took the 300 apart as shown without cracking anything. Used silicone grease on the o rings. Put it back together and after 5 days, no leaks. Am surprised it was that simple. Brondell's website is terrible. This was my second S300-RW. Forget what was wrong with the first one. But my wife insisted on fixing this or replacing it. Thank you again.

Thank you for posting, the double o-ring seems to have taken care of the issue. A couple of notes; I used the quick release on the side of the unit, so as not to have to unfasten the bolts attaching the mounting bracket to the toilet. Also, I able to effect the repair without needing to unhook any of the wire connections. $2.48 for the orings, thank you again!

Tnank you for this video. I had a tough time finding the correct o-rings, though. I couldn't find #211 o-rings at Home Depot, and I ordered it through Amazon. But, it ended up being the wrong size. I did some search and got Danco #11 O-rings from Amazon (3/4"ODx9/16"IDx3/32"). I was able to use two o-rings as you suggested and fix the leak!! Thanks again.

Thank you for the video! My bidet has been passively dripping for the past 2 years into the bowl (luckily not on the floor) and it's been getting worse and worse. Looked up your video and a quick trip to home depot later, I had the bidet fixed and leak free! I did the double o-ring trick you did. It also fixed the intermittent front washer not working (guess the lack of water pressure did it). If it ever fails again, I've got 8 more o-rings in the $2.50 pack I got.

With the S 1000, you don't need to disconnect any of the wiring. You can just unscrew the inlet valve similar to what is shown in the video and remove the part.

Thanks so much! The wand of my Brondell S 1000 would no longer spray water; water just dripped from the back of the wand so it wasn't working.I called Brondell since I was out of warranty, they offered to sell me a new S 1000 for 25% off (which was the lowest price I could find), but this video saved me about $500 For those of you who have a 1000 model, it does look different from the video, but you do not need to remove any wires. Just unscrew the inlet (where the water line connects to) and replace the washer. I used #9 o-rings, but I think that #8 would work as well. I did install 2 o-rings as in the video, tested the water line, and replaced the seat. Everything worked as before!

I've got the S1000, not as lucky as one person who commented about it leaking into the bowl, mine leaked down the side, maybe $10,000+ damages (insurance claim, $$$ deductible). Different design on my valve, no room for 2nd O-Ring and it didn't fix the problem, so bought a toilet valve hose and garden hose adapter and took it apart again to pressure it with the garden hose. Leak on mine seems to be right through the middle of the filter plug on the bottom outside there for the user to clean the screen mesh within. O-rings on that plug seem to be non-standard sized. Not sure how to fix it yet, but have written customer service about a new filter screen plug, and will measure the threads and diameter to see if the threads are a standard size so maybe I can just cap it off and perhaps add an in-line filter. There's also a sediment filter under the house in the pressure regulator so not sure the latter is needed. Another youtube vid showed that same valve leaking in the small housing where the black wires go into it, and the fix was gasket maker compound in it. If all else fails maybe I'll gut the filter plug and try that in it.

Tarik, Thanks for the vid. The two o ring method nail it good. I also have two s300, reliability is poor. This was the third time I had to replace o rings. Couple of months ago I replaced the 12 volt motor near the reservoir tank. I have found your video after I took apart this unit and found the exact same problem as you did. However, what I also found is that the plastic cover that has two screws has two micro cracks right where that o-ring goes. I suspect, that the leak is actually not an o-ring, but those cracks. I put some rtv on the cracks and resealed it with original o-ring. Will see if that fixes the problem, otherwise, I will follow your advice on double o-ring.

Hi Tarik, I did your fix over a year ago, and it worked great! But over the past couple weeks it has started to drip into the bowl. I took it apart, expecting to just replace the o ring again, but this time the housing and the area around it was dry as a bone. Unlike last year, when it was wet all over the base. Are you aware of any other leaking joints? It seems to only leak through the outlet housing. Either way, thanks for your fix, I will only need to buy these half as often.
