just bought my 3rd ever fitted and bent mine for the first time and it cracked. Was terrified but this video helped so much, I used a pot to steam and it came out so perfect, thanks man.

I just bought a fitted 1960 World Series Hat off of Lids and it came creased right down the middle, tried this out with a pan for steam and it turned out perfectly! Thank you so much for the video man, much appreciated

Saved my hat 🙏🏽 got a slight crease and used your method, good as new. Also did this for all my other hats (that didn't have a crease/crack). They're all crisp now

It should bro this method has saved alot of my brims

does using the tea spot and steam on the dent brim, will help too and let u able to reshape the brim again

I just got my first fitted had (Chicago bulls) I watched a couple videos on how to curve it and whilst doing it I cracked the brim… tomorrow I will try your method of steam, flatten, hold on water bottle after it hardens… I’ll do it with a pot because I got no steamer. The hat is super comfortable and cool I love wearing it and hopefully will be able to revive the brim… thank you so much I’ll update you when I am done with it!

@@ryanlitvinko884 you have to steam it. A hairdryer will not do it. It's not the heat that matters, it's the moisture from the steam.

Hamilton is good bro. Honestly any steamer is good I’ve even used the steam from a pot boiling hot water

So instead of steaming it and going straight into curving it try steaming it then flattening the brim then let it sit until it gets hard again. Then when you want to curve it use the steam method

I like a slight curve, if I hear the brim and flatten it, let it cool. Will I be able to recurve it slightly? I usually do a mid curve on fitted, but sometimes shit cracks

You can always re curve your brim bro all you have to do is re steam

If you want a slight curve I suggest not to steam the brim

if you cracked the brim, i’d say steam it to flat and then let it dry flat. then you can either steam again and curve around a larger water bottle, or hand curve it slightly little by little

Just steam around the stickers bro or just hold the steamer further away from the crown. You can take them off and out em back on tho if you wants to bro
