Hi , this was one of the first mods I did to my TTS. I bought mine from Clearmounts in USA for about the same price you paid. I use it with a magnet end that attaches to a metal strip that stuck to the back of the phone. Really useful upgrade.

Great video. Love watching you guys break bits off your TT and glue them back together. AirfixTT. Seriously though, thanks. Just buying one now. QUESTION, I saw a video where this mount left a nasty dent in the dashboard under the mount. Have OEM Mounts fixed this with a better screw? I reached out to them, but no response. At £33 I would hope it doesn't leave a dent.

thankfully no parts broke this time. I have noticed it leaves a dent when removed so be carful.

Not sure I understand. Why would anyone driving a TT with such a beautiful interior, electronics and wireless charging garage for their phone, ever want to do this?
