How to Fish for King Salmon in Low & Clearwater Conditions

Line: Blood Run Mono 10lb Test in Clear Color
Float: Raven SM 3.7g
Tippet: Maxima Fluorocarbon 5 lb Test
Hook: Daiichi 1150 size 8

How do u fish the opposite? I literally hate high murky water.

I would suggest starting with using bigger roe bags, or bigger beads (10mm or even 12mm). Also I would select high visibility Color beads like chartreuse or hot pink. Then if water flow is really strong and water level also high I will focus on fishing close to the shores. Something along those lines. I don’t like high-murky water very much either but sometimes we gotta fish with the condition that we have. Hope this helps and thank you for your question
Im so surprised you can land then on 5lb test. If I tried that on my local river I think youd lose rhe fish almost immediately. Theyd run down a rapid or into a log jam and thatd be it.

I like it very much. 5" diameter spool is a new standard in pin reel nowadays. And for the price this reel also come with 2 Japanese grade ABEC 7 bearings. It is very smooth and I can drift small 1.7g float with no problem.
