Your face looks yellow and your neck pink, so I am assuming thats because your foundation is too yellow?

This does not work “for all women”. I tan, not burn but I don’t have yellow undertones. Yellow based foundations look awful on me. My tone is quite deep but my undertone is pink/peach.

My veins are purple and blue that means cool undertones

Most likely neutral, you aren’t too yellow or pink, you need a foundation that has a peach tone.
