What would you say the difference is between a life coach and a mindset coach?

I'm having a bit of trouble defining my niche. I've come through a chronic illness for which I had to draw upon a lifetime of experience in many different areas. I want to help people find a way through when their world is turned upside down. Is "personal crisis coach" a thing please? Would it be better to start with something more specifically around navigating chronic illness, maybe? If so, what would I call that? Any guidance much appreciated.
