As of now, they've removed that. Instead, try "pip install sherlock-project".

same fr edit: found the fix they changed it to whatever pip you use and install sherlock-project and dont forget to do cd sherlock before install

You need to define pip in the System PATH section of your pc. Checkout a tutorial on how to fix that correctly. Regards.
