These steps will make Your resonated with the moon works. In addition, the highest point in the Mirage Island is not necessary in the middle of the island. You have to search for it while it is visible for you when you are outside the island.

The mirror will always be there. You don't have to speak to mysterious force everytime. Just once will do and don't need to speak anymore. Even if it despawn, you don't need to speak to Mysterious force again

1:53 and 2:13 is the highest point in the island. Yup you need to be at highest point to see the moon

Afk didn’t work too well for me too i found 1 mirage from average of 4 full moons . Chances of a mirage is 25% for me on full moon
