Btw what do you use to record? If its obs then ik why your video are laggy... Its not your pc Its prob Cuz ur using a FPS & Bitrate that is not suitable for your pc and it cant handle that Fps & Bitrate Under the obs settings If you don't use OBS then idk..

@@deurm9709 my mistake it wasn't fps The average is 30 for FPS But mainly the Bitrate, Depends if your pc is old or new Mine is used for 3 year and a bit but still works fine at 2,500 max bitrate.
