this game is annoying asl now, now every time i do manage to find diamonds it’ll be 2 max in a cluster. miss the days of being able to find 8 after several minutes of mindlessly mining away, makes it less enjoyable and rewarding tbh

Bro thank you I got 15 diamonds in 10 minutes! I used the strip mining technique at -53
i think the reason a lot of people wont tell you to try the -29 trick is because of the new ore spawn mechanic, certain ores like diamonds will check if they are 'exposed' (you can find them just by walking through caves) and if they are, there's a lower chance of them spawning there and the ore generation may just skip it entirely. so if there's a lot of caves theres a lower frequency of diamonds to be had, statistically speaking.

This has to be black magic lol I'm lookim at all the comments at how easily they found diamonds and rolled my eyes, go to the exactly level and look slightly up and theres a vein of 8 next to me im floored.
That would be nice to find diamonds in a cave but i don't want to meet the Cave dweller... god i hate this mod.

@@spacealien3567 Hey this worked great. I can't tell if there were more diamonds or if just being able to give lava pools the finger made things faster but it worked great!
