There's actually A 11th chest.Its near the beach behind spawn,it the other mountain connected to the swamp/jungle area.Its underneath a tree :)

I keep finding money, string rope, and thats all but ill keep looking 😅

You actually missed one chest, it's between town and jungle, there are some bridges from stone and few mountains, on one of them is a tree with a chest underneath(I'm bad at explaining sorry)
