I just submitted my provisional patent papers, the most important thing he didn't mention in this video is ALWAYS signing an NDA with the manufacturers you talk too. Even a veteran at the USPTO recommended me to always protect your 💡

No, you first need to focus on (Money In), once you get money in you can focus on being legal

@@distinctlybre6572 you find examples online. NDA is a confidentiality agreement between you and whoever you disclose your idea to. Thats protecting your idea. Another thing is to protect your Intellectual property. I'll be getting into these things soon. Good luck.
1. Search Thomasnet.com is the best start in the US. Otherwise 2. Google search your product name with "Manufacturer" after it. You still have to weed out a lot that aren't actually mfgs. 3. Whatever mfg process your product is, search that word + "Manufacturer". 4. Hire a US based sourcing agent such as myself to do it for you.

Yeah... Zactly! Like, WTAF?! I'm here doing the homework, and he's telling me to do my homework... Reminds me of when I was in 5th grade, and after school I'm doing my homework, and just then, my dad walks into my room, and proceeds to tell me to do my homework. Smdh.
Thank you for the advice, are there any good books that you may recommend in the field of manufacturing processes?
Thank you for a great explanation. I'll be needing that advice sometime in the future.
“This is one of the toughest questions to answer” yes thats why im here. Im not expecting an address or a phone number, just tips and suggestions
Thank you 💙
Hello Derek and thanks for the insight and great video. I have been working on building a device that rids hair and dirt from fabrics in clothing and upholstery. I just got out of a contract with a professional mechanical designer who got me some cad files and simulated movements of how I see this hand held rechargeable portable fabric cleaner to look and operate. This is my first product and I feel the next step for me is to get some mechanical engineers (experts in the field who ideally work in labs or manufacturing facilitates who make gadget electronics daily and regularly, and some PhD professors who can help with design and functionality). Ideally I have a series of cleaning heads on there that move in a start stop pattern but lost motors will not be able to handle this much frequency accelerating and everlasting constantly so a mechanical ⚙️ system built around the correct motor needs to be designed or innovated). From here we build the motor from the ground up all while wiring on the correct design and function of the cleaning head mechanism. I feel I need a solid team of EE’s & ME’s working side by side designing, prototyping then testing and repeating This process. I am confident I can raise funds form outside investors but I need to show them that this frequency can be built and last over 5 years and that I have a team in place to perform this out for me. Please lmk if you can help. Thanks, Bonafide

My situation may be unique. I found a product that I can turn into something else. The only problem is is that it’s a seasonal product. I’ve reached out to the store and they won’t tell Any information about their manufacturer. Is there anything I can tell by the label sky#? I just want to know how I can get my hands on large quantities of this product.

Video doesn't help in any way
Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about "do you need a license to buy wholesale clothing?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Lanreenan Foremost Leverage - (just google it ) ? It is an awesome one off product for discovering how to find luxury or designer goods at wholesale or lower prices without the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my cousin got cool success with it.
Another video that doesn't tell you at all what you were hoping it would from the description

How to judge these videos? a.) If it's simple and make sense, and get's you excited to call them = scam artists. b.) If it's confusing and you didn't get a clear answer = honest technical person trying to make sense, but has no sense of conviction cuz it's not his actual invention.
this video has no intrinsic value and offered no useful information
So you made a video to say absolutely nothing. We know “it depends”.
This doesn’t cover any solid advice
Useless video, the answer is wikipedia ??
Thanks
