jack finally gives us an update on his medicine application in this video (I know a bunch of you have been asking, but I didn't want to answer on his behalf) and also shares his journey from graduating from st. georges with a degree in biomedical sciences, working in a pharma company, studying his masters at king's college london in translational cancer medicine and finally moving to UCL to work as a clinical trial coordinator! we chatted a lot about what it is like to work after university, and how you can find a job once you have graduated. we also speak about the application process of applying a jobs, in jack's case a research role and also his interview experience! we hope you enjoy!!

2:52 Damn right! Transferable skills are super important, and students/first jobbers should be more aware to highlight this besides all the technical stuff! 7:43 Fully agreed! Biomeds should have a better view on all sort of jobs they could do, and realize that their preferences might change over time. You might be good at selling something, so technical sales rep for life science consumables can be your thing, as an example. Great video and insights, once more! ;)

Its not looking good for anyone doing raw chemistry though unless you Ethier took physics or molecular modelling are kind of screwed without a PhD in Ethier organic or physical chemistry.
